1. How will I receive my product after payment?
Your Canva Course will be delivered instantly via Email & WhatsApp with a secure download link.

2. Do you ship physical books?
No. All our products are digital downloads (PDFs). Nothing will be physically shipped.

3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to 2–3 hours due to technical delays.

4. Do I need special software to open the files?
No. The files are in PDF format, which can be opened on any phone, tablet, or computer.

5. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?
Since these are digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for duplicate payments or failed deliveries.

6. Do I get lifetime access?
Yes ✅ Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the files, including future updates at no extra cost.

7. Can I share these files with others?
No ❌ Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing is not allowed.
